My book is about this girl named Melinda Sordino and she goes to a party one night and something causes her to call the cops. All of Melinda's closest "friends" won't speak to her now they don't know the true reason why she called the cops. At this point in the book you can tell that Melinda is very depressed and is going through a hard time trying to forget whatever happened to her at the party. It also seems like her parents are busy with work and she doesn't have that support that she desperately needs. So far this book is great at giving little by little hints of things that happened at the party. Based on what I've read in the book, I think that she got drunk and didn't know what she was doing when she called the police or she got raped or something. I feel like I would die if I were in Melinda's situation.I also feel that Melinda will start to become secure in herself and become friends with Heather and part of that would be telling someone her secret and letting it out.
